The Role
You’ll lead the development of smart, audience-first content — from campaign platforms and editorial storytelling through to keynote decks, social and long-form.
Working closely with strategy and creative teams, you’ll uncover the strongest angles, shape the narrative, and bring ideas to life through exceptional writing and storytelling.
This is as much about owning the story as it is about crafting it.
Your Profile:
A writer at your core
You come from a copywriting or editorial background and care deeply about craft — tone, rhythm, structure, and clarity.
A natural storyteller
You instinctively find the narrative in complex or technical subjects and make them engaging, human and accessible.

You’re comfortable shaping ideas upstream, influencing direction, and owning content streams — not just delivering against a brief.

The Day to Day:
- Developing content platforms and programmes designed to earn attention
- Turning briefs into clear, compelling narrative territories and ideas
- Writing and shaping long and short-form content — campaigns, scripts, articles, decks and social
- Translating complex propositions into benefit-led, audience-first messaging
- Owning and evolving tone of voice across multiple outputs
- Collaborating with creatives to deliver integrated storytelling across channels
- Elevating the standard of work across the team through strong craft
- Presenting work confidently and helping sell ideas through narrative
