Who we're looking for
We're looking for a freelance content creator who understands what resonates with our audience: audiovisual creatives working in agencies or independently (film production, commercials, music videos), as well as creatives from fashion, design, and gaming.
You are:
- A native or fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and confident in front of a camera. You have a natural, engaging on-screen presence
- Fluent in the codes, formats, and trends of social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Deeply familiar with visual and creative culture: you know your references, your memes, your aesthetics
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to deliver polished content within tight timelines
Responsibilities
- Conceive and create content for Flim’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok) designed to grow Flim's awareness
- Propose new content angles, series, and formats that align with Flim's brand voice and resonate with Flim’s audience
- Collaborate with the Flim communication team to refine and iterate on content strategy

Ideal profile
You might be a social media strategist or a creative director. What matters most is that you genuinely get the world of our audience, and that you can communicate with them in a way that feels authentic, intelligent, and fun.
Location & Compensation
This role can be freelance or part-time contract.
A minimum of one day per week at our office in Paris would be ideal to ensure smooth collaboration.
Compensation is based on experience and scope of work.
