About The Role:
Latela Hijab is one of the fast-growing modest fashion brands based in Bandung. We are currently looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Branding Officer (Content Creator) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's visual identity. You will not only produce high-quality visual assets but also act as the face of Latela Hijab, translating our brand values into engaging stories that resonate with our audience and drive business growth.
What You Will Do:
- Visual Storytelling & Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and execute creative content (video and photo) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Video.
- Mobile Editing Mastery: Edit raw footage into high-retention, aesthetically pleasing content using mobile applications (CapCut, VN, etc.).
- In-Frame Talent: Act as the talent/model for product campaigns and daily creative content.
- Collaborative Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with promotional campaigns and overall brand strategy.
What We Are Looking For:
- Creative with a strong passion for the fashion and retail industry.
- Educational background in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Proven track record in brand content creation, demonstrated by a solid portfolio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver brand messages effectively.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Highly creative, adaptive to social media trends, and possesses a strong sense of ownership.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Kec. Ibun, Kab. Bandung.
