We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to work closely with the founder in growing the brand’s visibility, community, and sales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, digital marketing, and bringing ideas to life.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Yaba area of Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Creative & Brand Growth Assistant. The role involves supporting brand development, assisting in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, contributing to creative content development, and maintaining the company’s social media presence. The individual will collaborate with the team on promotional strategies and assist with customer engagement, research, and reporting to boost brand growth and engagement. Additional responsibilities include ensuring alignment with JOYAESTHETICS’ branding and values across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience in Creative Content Development, Copywriting, and Digital Content Creation
- Familiarity with Social Media Management, Content Planning, and Campaign Execution
- Skills in Shooting & Editing Short Form Content, Branding, Marketing Strategies, and Customer Engagement
- Strong Communication, Organizational, and Research Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative studio or similar design tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desirable
- Enthusiasm for fashion and branding, with a creative mindset and an eye for detail
