Our client, a high-growth D2C wellness brand, is hiring a Creative & Design Lead to elevate and scale creative across all channels. This is a high-impact leadership role, shaping a distinctive, performance-driven brand that balances creative excellence with commercial results across DTC and retail.
We’re looking for an exceptional creative leader to bring brand strategy to life. Working closely with the Head of Brand and CMO, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating strategic direction into world-class creative across every customer touchpoint.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building beautiful, effective design systems, raising creative standards, and delivering content that drives real commercial impact.
What You’ll Do
- Translate brand strategy into high-quality creative across all channels
- Refresh and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity
- Build scalable creative systems and channel-specific playbooks (social, CRM, e-commerce, web, paid media, etc.)
- Elevate social content through stronger art direction, higher output, and platform-native formats
- Lead and develop the in-house creative team, improving quality, speed, and processes
- Drive consistency, performance, and creative excellence across all touchpoints
Who You Are
- Experienced creative leader within a consumer, e-commerce, or premium brand
- Strong portfolio across brand, digital, and social
- Expert in art direction (photography, video, digital)
- Deep understanding of platform-first creative (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Skilled in building brand systems and guidelines at scale
- Commercially minded and highly collaborative across teams
