Key Responsibilities:1. Workflow Coordination & Traffic Management (Main Focus)
● Brief Sourcing & Filtration: Act as the gatekeeper for all incoming requests from Commercial, Marketing, and Editorial teams. Ensure all briefs are complete, clear, and actionable before handing them over to the Creative Team.
● Resource Allocation: Strategically assign tasks and manage the schedules of designers/creatives based on project priority and deadlines.
● Progress Tracking: Monitor the daily status of all tasks to identify potential bottlenecks and ensure the production pipeline remains smooth.
● Systemization & Archiving: Manage the creative asset library, ensuring all final design files are systematically stored and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
2. Account & Stakeholder Management
● Communication Bridge: Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring the Creative Team understands commercial sponsorship packages and editorial requirements.
● Feedback Management: Consolidate feedback from various departments, providing clear recaps and following up with the Creative Team to ensure adjustments align with the fixed creative direction.
● Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status and team capacity to the Creative Lead and relevant department heads during operational meetings.
3. Project & Admin Support
● Production Coordination: Assist in orchestrating the workflow for special projects, including major events (e.g., The Year Ahead) or high-impact marketing campaigns.
● Admin Support: Handle administrative tasks related to creative operations, such as following up on project-based documentation or coordinating with external production partners.
Job Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Account, Traffic Manager, or Creative Coordinator role within a Media, Publishing, or Creative Agency environment.
● Organization: Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
● Communication: Excellence in both oral and verbal communication; quick to summarize key points and decisions.
● Process-Driven: A deep understanding of creative production workflows, from conceptualization to final output (print/digital).
● Mindset: Proactive, assertive in follow-ups, and a strong team player with a problem-solving attitude.
● Language: Proficiency in English, especially the ability to read and interpret global brand guidelines.
