Senior Creative
We’re looking for a wild-thinking, self-starting, creative mind with at least 5 years experience in the world of PR. You’ll be pivotal to the team, supporting two ACDs across our entire roster of clients, new business pitches and inspiring junior creatives new to the business. Creative sits at the heart of Taylor Herring and so the team works directly with every member of the agency. You don’t have to already be a creative by name – if you’re an experienced Account Director brimming with ideas who wants to move into creative, we also want to hear from you.
Mid-weight Creative
We’re looking for a self-starting creative with 3–5 years’ experience in an agency environment, who’s ready to take the next step in their earned-first career. You’ll be a confident idea generator, comfortable taking briefs from insight through to standout creative concepts, while collaborating with creatives, strategists and account teams across the agency. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of social platforms and emerging trends, but more importantly, you’ll know how to turn those insights into work that gets people talking. You’ll also play a key role in helping nurture junior creatives, while continuing to develop your own craft under the guidance of our senior creative team.
Creative
We’re looking for a self-starting junior creative who’s looking for their next step up in the world of earned-first. You must have 1-2 years experience in an agency environment, be fluent in TikTok, know the underground trends before they come out, and keen to get stuck in. Creative is the driving force at Taylor Herring, so you’ll be working with nearly everyone in the company to come up with award-winning ideas that get people talking.
