This is a senior role requiring extensive experience in corporate meeting and event management, where you’ll craft memorable experiences and lead complex programs. You will oversee budgeting, vendor management, and onsite execution while developing strong partnerships with various stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end event delivery from inception to completion
• Lead vendor negotiations and contracting for each event
• Develop and track budgets to drive efficiency
• Gather feedback to enhance future events
• Support process improvements and best practices implementation
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of event management experience
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and sustainability
• Proven vendor management and negotiation expertise
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Office 365 and event registration platforms
