The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, mission-driven Corporate Responsibility Specialist to join one of the most recognized and beloved brands in American business. This is not a checkbox CR role. This is building programs that actually move the needle for the communities we serve.
You'll work across departments, build bridges between internal stakeholders and external partners, and help tell a story that millions of people care about.
What You'll Do
- Consult and advise a high-performing Corporate Responsibility team on programs that protect and elevate brand reputation while building authentic community relationships
- Drive innovation in community outreach — keeping programs relevant, forward-thinking, and aligned with evolving trends in DEI and corporate citizenship
- Identify strategic opportunities to expand CR programs across the organization and connect them to broader company goals
- Manage programs and events end-to-end, from concept through execution
- Facilitate cross-functional conversations — serving as a trusted convener and subject matter expert across departments
- Unearth and amplify impact stories for both internal and external audiences
- Research and develop new programmatic opportunities that deepen community engagement and strengthen business reputation
Who You Are

You likely have:
- Experience in corporate responsibility, community affairs, social impact, ESG, or public affairs
- Strong instincts for storytelling and communications — written, visual, and verbal
- The ability to navigate complex organizations and bring people together around shared goals
- A genuine passion for DEI and community investment — not as a trend, but as a value
- Comfort with ambiguity and skill at turning big ideas into executable plans
