Lockton’s Marketing & Communications team in Asia operates as the regional center of excellence for marketing, communications, and design, supporting strategic business objectives across diverse markets. With expertise in brand marketing, advertising design, copywriting, digital content, and client document support, the team delivers tailored solutions that reflect the unique needs of each Asian market, never a one-size-fits-all approach.
To support continued growth, we are expanding our Asia marketing team and seeking a creative, detail-oriented Corporate Design who is passionate about marketing and ready to develop new skills within a fast-evolving environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who wants to help bring Lockton’s corporate brand to life through polished, visually compelling content.
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts across Asia to produce high-quality corporate materials aligned with our key practice areas and business lines. You will ensure every visual touchpoint—from internal reports to external campaigns—reflects Lockton’s strategic goals, brand guidelines, and corporate visual identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply strong understanding of corporate strategy and visual aesthetics to all design work.
- Ensure alignment of all visual materials with Lockton’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Conceptualize and create corporate assets such as presentations, brochures, flyers, graphics, templates, and other materials.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance content innovation and quality.
- Collaborate with regional, country, and functional teams to ensure consistent integration of brand elements.
- Focus on scalable design solutions, brand consistency, and professional presentation across all materials.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience as a Corporate Designer or similar role with a strong creative portfolio.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an in-house or agency environment focusing on corporate branding within strict brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic and layout design tools.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent presentation software.
- Experience in brand management, digital asset management systems, and templating tools such as Canva or Foleon.
- Ability to adopt emerging AI tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management platforms like Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of print production and digital optimization processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Fluency in English is essential.
