Are you up for the challenge?
The role:
We’re looking for a creative copywriter with 3+ years of experience to join our team based in Madrid. Someone who loves turning ideas into campaigns, products into stories, and everyday communication into something people actually want to read.
You’ll be responsible for shaping how 3INA communicates globally, from product launches and campaign storytelling to ecommerce, CRM and social content.
Experience in the beauty sector is a plus, but not essential.
The ideal candidate is native in both English and Spanish, with the ability to adapt messaging naturally across different markets, audiences and platforms.
Your challenge:
- Develop creative concepts and copy for product launches, campaigns and brand activations.
- Create and adapt content across multiple touchpoints, including CRM, ecommerce, social media, paid media, retail, packaging and visual merchandising.
- Write engaging product storytelling for makeup and skincare launches, translating product benefits into clear, distinctive communication.
- Own and maintain the brand tone of voice across channels and markets.
- Collaborate closely with creative, ecommerce, visual merchandising and product marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Produce CRM content including newsletters, subject lines and automated flows.
- Create SEO-focused copy for landing pages, PDPs, blogs and digital campaigns, with a strong focus on customer experience and brand consistency.
- Manage and write editorial blog content aligned with the brand’s communication strategy.
- Support localisation and transcreation needs across markets.
- Contribute to naming, campaign ideation and overall brand storytelling.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content or brand communication.
- Native-level writing skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a clear understanding of branding and tone of voice.
- Experience creating content across multiple channels and formats.
- Experience in beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Understanding of ecommerce, SEO, CRM and digital marketing communication.
- Experience working with CMS platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and visual sensitivity.
