What We Expect From You:
- Write copy for social media, ads, landing pages, and campaigns — and make it actually worth reading
- Craft high-converting ad copy for paid campaigns across platforms
- Keep Cardtonic's tone consistent whether it's a tweet, a push notification, or a full landing page
- Turn product features into things real people actually care about
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to make campaigns come together
- Look at performance data, figure out what's not landing, and fix it
What Your Day Might Look Like
- Writing five caption options and knowing which one to fight for
- Tightening the headline on a landing page that's not converting
- Brainstorming hooks for a campaign brief that just landed in your inbox
- Reviewing copy with a designer who has opinions — and holding your ground when you should
- Testing two versions of an ad and letting the numbers tell you who was right
Requirements
- 1–3 years of copywriting experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong writing and editing skills — you should be the person who catches the typo everyone else missed
- Ability to write clearly and concisely without making it sound like you were trying to write clearly and concisely
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and how different audiences behave online
- Reliable with deadlines — creative freedom only works when people can count on you
