We are currently a team of fun-loving 140+ members consisting of performance marketers, graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and other leadership positions from all over the country. Why are we hiring for this position?
To work for various e-commerce brands and create quirky, engaging content that makes their product stand out along with writing ad copy (both images and video formats) and developing content that resonates with the target audience.
What does an ideal candidate look like?
- Demonstrated experience as a content writer in the e-commerce sector, ideally within an agency setting.
- Ability to write quirky, engaging, and on-brand copy for various product categories.
- Experience in producing content for both visual and video formats, particularly for advertisements.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for enhancing product visibility and appeal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines and multitasking across various projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Compose engaging and persuasive product descriptions, advertisement copy, and headlines for various E-commerce brands.
- Develop product-centric content that captures attention and conveys a narrative through relatable and creative language.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative briefs for image and video advertisements.
- Tailor content for various platforms (including social media, websites, and ad campaigns) to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Research and understand different product categories, target audiences, and brand strategies to create customised content.
- Ensure all content is optimised for engagement and conversion by adhering to best practices in E-commerce marketing.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards and an eye for detail.
