Role Title: Content Studio Project Manager

Duration: 6 month SOW initially + extensions

Preferred Location: Remote, ET or CT time zone but would prefer NYC if possible

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Content Studio Project Manager to ensure multiple workstreams are properly coordinated and with a clear plan in place that can be accessible and visible by the key stakeholders and that can be tracked. This person will need to help move these projects forward semi-autonomously, so digital content and creative development understanding and background would be ideal. This individual will need to be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.

The following are the specific areas of responsibility:

1. Holistic Project Management: Defines & aligns with key project stakeholders and partners the overall plans and key milestones, critical path. Proactively anticipates impacts of the current and future project phases, thinks through issues in advance, anticipates and resolves before issues develop. Ensures the team understands what to do in the next phase and is ready for it in advance. Can translate the plans and issues into business-speak that makes sense to business stakeholders.

2. Manages Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies: Ongoing management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies, ensures there is an owner against each of them and a robust mitigation plan.

Requirements:

  • Must have understanding of the content briefing, production, deployment, and measurement process
  • Must have basic familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.).
  • Must have strong attention to detail composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines, often under pressure.
  • Must be comfortable with presenting and communicating across a variety of stakeholders
  • Must have agency/designer management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in running complex projects with a strong digital component.
  • Must have strong skills in scheduling, cost control, budget management, risk management, contract, and task management.
  • Must have experience managing production and deployment of digital content
  • Must have experience with Office 365 products including Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Experience in working with team members and vendors/agencies in different locations, time-zones and remotely, using Zoom or Teams and other collaboration tools.
