Overview
The Social Media Content Strategist will plan, create, and manage high-impact content
across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The role focuses on brand
storytelling, engagement growth, and driving sales for multiple brands (Honey, Shilajit,
Herbs, Agro-tourism).
Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Planning
• Create monthly/quarterly content strategies and calendars.
• Conduct trend & competitor analysis to identify viral opportunities.
• Align content with brand identity and business goals.
• Content Creation
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and creative briefs.
• Guide designers, photographers, and video editors.
• Oversee photoshoots, reels, TikTok-style videos, and product content.
• Brand Storytelling
• Develop strong brand narratives about Himalayan heritage, farmers, sustainability,
and product benefits.
• Maintain consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
• Social Media Management
• Manage posting schedules, daily engagement, and responses.
• Optimize content based on platform algorithms.
• Support customer queries and coordinate with sales team.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance using platform insights.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Use data to improve strategy and content performance.
• Campaigns & Collaboration
• Manage influencer partnerships, giveaways, and product launch campaigns.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, design, sales, and product teams.
Skills & Qualifications
• Min 3 year’s experience in social media/content strategy.
• Strong skills in content writing, storytelling, and short-form video planning.
• Good understanding of algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva/Adobe).
• Excellent communication in English & Nepali.
