Job responsibilities
Conduct regular research on the local market to gain insights into and output trends in entertainment content such as movies, series, music, novels, etc., and provide support for content strategy.
Build and maintain the app’s online user community, responsible for daily operations, including responding to user questions, recommending content, organizing discussions, and creating a good interactive atmosphere.
Plan, edit, and publish in-app push messages to recommend relevant movies, series, novels, and music content to users.
Collect and analyze user feedback from online and offline channels to make actionable product optimization suggestions.
Support other operational-related work across departments based on business needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English and Hindi (proficiency in various local languages is preferred), and good communication and expression skills.
Passionate about movies, series, music, novels and other pan-entertainment content.
Strong empathy and user communication skills, good at interacting with users.
Familiar with social media operations, experience in online community or digital content operations is preferred.
