Authic is a fast-growing loyalty and engagement platform built for sports, beauty, and hospitality organizations. Brands like Peakz, Fairday Clinics & Loetje use our white-label app to reward customers, drive retention and grow on autopilot. We're scaling hard and our content needs to keep up.
Our instagram (@authiclabs) is growing, our story is compelling and our clients are doing incredible things. We just need someone who can point a camera at all of it.
The Role
This is a rare hybrid role: part creative director, part content machine, part marketing strategist. You will own our social media presence end-to-end, but you will also roll up your sleeves on broader marketing like campaigns, partnerships, and brand awareness. The camera comes first though. Always.
What You’ll Do
- Shoot, edit, and post Reels, TikToks, and LinkedIn videos that people actually watch. Film and edit short-form videos at our office and at client locations (sports clubs, beauty clinics & restaurants)
- Run our Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, content, captions, stories, engagement, everything
- Build and maintain a content calendar that keeps us consistent and on-trend
- Spot trending formats and jump on them before they peak
- Collaborate with the team on product launches, client stories, and campaign ideas
- Support broader marketing: newsletters, events, partner communications
- Track performance and turn numbers into content decisions
What We’re Looking For
- You have made content before, a portfolio, a personal account, a brand page, anything real
- You are comfortable in front of and behind the camera, shooting, directing, presenting
- You edit video (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, whatever gets the job done)
- You understand what makes content perform on Instagram and TikTok, not just what looks nice
- You are proactive: you bring ideas, you do not wait to be assigned them
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or agency is a strong plus
- Business-level English; Dutch is a bonus
A degree is a nice-to-have. A strong track record and a clear story matter more.
