The Role

You will bridge the gap between raw data and creative production, ensuring our content department remains ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving EV sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Intelligence: Scout TikTok, Instagram, and competitor landscapes to identify emerging EV trends, viral hooks, and audio triggers.
- Strategic Ideation: Develop 5–10 high-impact content concepts daily, moving beyond "random ideas" to structured briefs with clear objectives.
- Operational Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between our branches and the production team to identify available inventory and human-interest stories for filming.
- Production Planning: Maintain and optimize the weekly content calendar, ensuring all logistical elements are in place for the creative team to execute flawlessly.
Candidate Profile
- Social Media Native: You possess an innate understanding of platform algorithms and can spot a trend before it peaks.
- Highly Structured: You are a process-driven creative who can manage complex schedules and turn abstract ideas into actionable plans.
- Brand Architect: You have the ability to adapt global trends specifically for the Under EVS brand identity.
- Communication Pro: Fluent in English with the ability to brief production teams and coordinate with branch managers effectively.
- Mobile & Proactive: You possess a valid UAE driving license and your own car, enabling you to move between locations as needed. You are the type of person who solves problems before they reach the manager's desk.
