Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Producer to manage end-to-end content production. The role involves planning shoots, managing budgets, coordinating on-floor requirements, handling post-production workflows, and managing agreements with external cast and crew. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects and ensuring smooth execution from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content shoots from pre-production to post-production
- Manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Coordinate on-floor requirements during shoots (equipment, crew, logistics, schedules)
- Liaise with external vendors, freelancers, and production teams
- Manage contracts and agreements with outsourced cast and crew
- Oversee editing timelines and ensure timely delivery of final content
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and brand teams to align production with campaign objectives
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders involved in the production process
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in content production, media production, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of shoot planning, budgeting, and production workflows
- Experience coordinating with freelancers, agencies, and production vendors
- Basic understanding of post-production and editing workflows
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred:
- Experience in digital content, branded content, or social media productions
- Familiarity with production agreements and vendor management
