We're hiring a Content Producer to own a portfolio of clients end-to-end as we scale.
This is a creative strategy role, you're the person who knows why an ad wins or loses, turns that into the next brief, and has the client confidence to walk them through the thinking.

What you'll do
- Analyse winning and losing creatives across your accounts: hook rate, retention, CPA and translate the patterns into new creative direction
- Brief performance-led concepts based on what the data is telling you, and push iteration velocity across accounts.
- Own client reporting and lead monthly strategy calls!
- Work using: Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Supermetrics, Asana, Slack
What we're looking for
- Meta Ads experience. Read what's working from a creative level and understand the strategy.
- Strong grasp of direct response and performance creative
- Understand what's trending on Tiktok and IG
- Confidence owning accounts without constant oversight
- Sharp client communication, you can present a creative thesis and explain your decisions!
Strong preference for: TikTok creative experience
Bonus: you can film iPhone content yourself
