This role offers the opportunity to own and optimize the end-to-end content operations for a growing digital platform. You will ensure that content is published accurately, on schedule, and aligned with editorial standards, SEO best practices, and structured workflows. Working closely with writers, editors, content managers, and web teams, you will be the final quality gate before content goes live, maintaining consistency and improving processes. The position emphasizes hands-on execution, strong attention to detail, and workflow optimization, while allowing you to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies. You will gain exposure to modern CMS tools, project management systems, and collaborative content operations in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage content publishing workflows, including uploading, formatting, and scheduling assets in the CMS.
  • Apply templates, page modules, CTAs, images, embeds, and structured components consistently.
  • Conduct pre- and post-publish QA checks to ensure proper formatting, layout, metadata, and brand compliance.
  • Implement SEO requirements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and image alt text.
  • Track content assignments, deadlines, and production schedules using project management tools.
  • Maintain a clear source of truth for published content and continuously improve editorial documentation.
  • Coordinate with creative and web teams to optimize content presentation and CTA placements.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in content operations, development, or execution, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, creative writing, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and editorial coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and workflow/project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain consistency across content assets.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of healthcare industry content, independent practice operations, or medical billing.
