We're currently growing our marketing team and are looking for a talented Content Marketing Associate to help shape the digital presence of our brands.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in content and digital marketing within the travel industry.
Working closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in creating engaging content, managing webpage updates and supporting our organic growth strategy across multiple travel brands.
You'll help ensure our websites are fresh, inspiring and easy to discover, while developing valuable experience in content marketing, SEO and website merchandising.

What You'll Do
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for our websites, blogs and digital channels.
- Write destination guides, resort features, travel inspiration articles and promotional copy.
- Research travel trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Work with suppliers and tourism partners to source and develop content.
Website Merchandising
- Keep website content up to date across Topflight, Directski.com, Ski McNeil and Ski Beat.
- Merchandise new hotels, resorts and tours to maximise their appeal and commercial performance across all digital channels.
- Support the promotion of key destinations, offers and seasonal campaigns.
- Create and update landing pages and website content.
- Help optimise customer journeys and website engagement.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Create search-optimised content that supports organic traffic growth.
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
- Optimise existing website content using SEO best practice.
- Monitor content performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with social media and email marketing activity.
- Ensure content remains consistent with each brand's tone of voice and positioning.
About You
You'll be a strong communicator with a passion for content, digital marketing and travel.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Is creative, curious and highly organised.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys researching and creating engaging content.
- Is eager to learn about SEO, content marketing and website optimisation.
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience using website content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience creating content for websites, blogs or social media.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
- A passion for skiing, travel or exploring new destinations.
