This role is ideal for a junior, eager-to-learn copywriter, journalist or a content creator looking to expand their experience across both corporate communications and employer branding.
What you will do in this role:
• Support the development and execution of integrated communication strategies, aligned with company goals.
• Own the creation, publishing and management of content across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok).
• Create engaging and high-quality business content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership materials.
• Contribute to the creation of employer branding content across various formats and channels.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to transform ideas into impactful communication.
• Analyse content performance and optimise based on data, insights, and trends.
What skills are needed:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Any of experience in content creation and copywriting journalism, PR, communications, or digital marketing.
- Interest in creating content for social media, blogs, websites, or digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Good in analysing social media performance data and continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Interest in business, technology, people, and employer branding topics.
- Familiarity with content marketing tools, analytics platforms, and task management tools.
- Curious, creative, and eager to learn and understand the business in depth.
