Someone who enjoys creating articles, customer stories, thought leadership content, website copy and campaigns that make innovation understandable, relevant and inspiring.

What you’ll do:
- Tell our story: Create compelling content for our website, campaigns, newsletters, social media and employer branding initiatives.
- Translate innovation into stories: Work closely with innovation experts, engineers and business leaders to turn complex projects into clear, engaging and persuasive content.
- Set the bar for copywriting: Use your exceptional writing skills to ensure every piece of communication reflects our brand consistently and creatively.
- Optimize the journey: Build campaigns, monitor performance, optimize content, and turn data insights into actions to improve engagement and reach.
What you bring:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital and content marketing
- Skills: A proven track record in copywriting, creative thinking and end-to-end project execution.
- Tools: Experience with Adobe Suite, comfortable with SEO/SEA, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a big plus).
- Languages: Fluent in English to thrive in an international setting. Dutch is a strong plus, French is a bonus.
