We’re Hiring: Content Manager
At DIA Developments , we are looking for a creative and driven Content Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all digital platforms
-Produce high-impact copy in English, tailored to diverse audiences and formats
-Lead and coordinate designers and videographers, ensuring timely delivery and seamless approval workflows
-Oversee daily content publishing, 7 days a week, maintaining consistency and quality
-Manage community engagement by monitoring comments and direct messages across social channels
-Collaborate on the development of websites, brochures, and other marketing collateral
-Drive creative content initiatives from concept through to production and publication
-Monitor performance against KPIs, including follower growth and engagement rates, and optimize accordingly
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in the Dubai real estate market
-Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong command of tone, style, and storytelling
-Proven creative vision — ability to generate original ideas and bring them to life
-English proficiency: C1 or higher
-Russian speaker preferred
-Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines
-Impeccable attention to detail and a high sense of accountability
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
