About the role
The Content Lead will own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and production to editing and publishing, across video, photography, graphics and UGC.
Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you’ll bring the brand’s mission to life through authentic, innovative and purpose-driven content that drives revenue, improves ROAS and lowers CPA. Using data and insights, you’ll continuously optimise performance to ensure every asset delivers measurable business impact.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Paid Creative Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development of high-performing paid creative, from ideation through to optimisation. Ensure all content is brand-aligned, commercially focused and directly tied to performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA and revenue.
- UGC Pipeline: Own and scale our in-house UGC strategy, producing lo- and mid-fi short-form content optimised for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Continuously refine UGC to drive engagement, brand affinity and commercial results.
- In-house Production: Produce high-quality stills, video and visual assets across product, lifestyle and event shoots while maintaining an organised, campaign-ready asset library. Support broader marketing initiatives with agile, on-brand content creation.
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously test, iterate and refine creative using data and insights to improve engagement, conversions and retention. Stay ahead of trends and platform developments to maximise content impact.
Most importantly, you’ll collaborate closely with all teams to deliver a consistent, compelling brand story. You’ll build strong relationships, contribute fresh ideas and strategies and play an integral role within the wider team.
