- Provide our Paid Ads team with sufficient creatives to test & iterate
- Be teh soul of our Branding Strategy
- Monthly content performance audit
Requirements
- Proven Track Record wird other brands
- A strategic content thinker who has built audiences and driven revenue through content — not just grown follower counts
- Strong understanding of what makes short-form video convert — specifically on TikTok
- Experience developing brand voice, content pillars, and repeatable content frameworks from scratch
- Ability to write compelling hooks, scripts, and creative briefs that a producer can execute without hand-holding
