About Us
The Lavender Agency is a strategic marketing agency supporting founder-led and luxury brands through marketing leadership, systems, and execution support.
We are seeking a Content & Editorial Manager to support a luxury lifestyle client and help manage content planning, editorial workflows, and multi-platform content execution.
This is not a traditional social media manager role.
We're looking for someone highly organized who can manage content operations while maintaining an elevated brand experience.
Platforms Supported
- Website
- Substack
- TikTok (minimal / content repurposing only)
Responsibilities
- Support content planning and editorial calendar management
- Coordinate content publishing across channels
- Draft captions and organize content assets
- Edit short-form video content
- Support website and Substack content workflows
- Organize and maintain content libraries
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Coordinate with creative and marketing stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience supporting content or editorial workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with CapCut and Canva
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Preferred
- Experience with luxury, interiors, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Experience supporting founder-led brands
- Familiarity with Substack
- Strong visual instincts
- Interest in design, architecture, or fashion
Additional Notes
NYC-based candidates are preferred for occasional collaboration opportunities, but the majority of work and deliverables are digital.
