Our global FinTech client is seeking a Content Designer to join their team through May 2026, potential to extend. This role is 40 hours/week and fully remote in the US.
Role Summary
This role supports a fast-paced checkout product team within a highly collaborative Content Design organization that is rapidly integrating AI into its workflows. As a Content Designer, you will craft clear, intuitive, user-focused product experiences across web and mobile, partnering closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, Researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will contribute to internationalized product experiences and ensure content meets intelligibility requirements and regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a highly visible product area while helping evolve how AI enhances content design.
Top Must-Have Skills:
1. AI in Content Design (8+ years content experience; strong hands-on AI familiarity and eagerness to deepen expertise)
– Experience applying AI tools within content design workflows
-Ability to learn and adapt to new AI technologies quickly
2. Exceptional UX/Product Content Writing (8+ years professional writing experience)
– Ability to write and refine content to meet customer expectations and business goals
-Strong command of style, voice, tone, and content standards
3. Problem Solving and Cross-Functional Collaboration (7 to 8+ years experience in fast-paced environments)
– Proactive communication, ability to ask clarifying questions
- Skilled at simplifying complexity and partnering closely with design, product, and engineering teams
Additional Qualifications
Strong systems thinker who can structure content frameworks and scalable patterns
Experience creating content documentation such as wireframes, flows, IA, or interaction design artifacts
Ability to independently drive work while staying aligned with partners and stakeholders
Skilled at presenting content strategy and reasoning to diverse audiences
Experience in financial services, payments, e-commerce (B2B or B2C) preferred
High adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to iterate based on feedback
Responsibilities
Structure content frameworks for user-focused product experiences
Write highly effective UX content across mobile, web apps, dashboards, and other environments
Create and maintain content documentation including wireframes, user flows, IA, and interaction design artifacts
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and research partners through the product development lifecycle
Validate designs and content with teams, stakeholders, and users
Support internationalization efforts, ensuring content meets intelligibility requirements and compliance standards (including UK Consumer Duty obligations)
Contribute to AI-enhanced content workflows and integrate new tools into daily practice
Communicate clearly, ask questions, listen effectively, and respond constructively to feedback
Help simplify complex concepts to improve both team understanding and customer experiences
