Contract to Hire Opportunity
40 hour week
Location: Can be based in New York or South Florida
Responsibilities
- Own the editing and production of high-quality short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid media channels
- Transform raw footage (iPhone and professionally shot) into compelling, polished, and on-brand content
- Identify and extract high-impact hooks, soundbites, and storytelling moments that capture attention within the first 3–5 seconds
- Optimize and adapt content for multiple platforms, ensuring proper sizing, pacing, and formatting
- Deliver high-volume output, including multiple edits per week and, at times, multiple edits per day
- Execute quick-turnaround edits tied to live classes, weekend content, and real-time brand moments
- Collaborate closely with marketing, social, and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Enhance content through strong pacing, audio, motion, and storytelling—not just basic cutting/splicing
- Manage priorities independently while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail
- Flexible and responsive, with availability to support off-hours or weekend edits as needed
