Job Description (Summary):
- Collaborate with the planner team to develop and execute UGC-driven content ideas that align with campaign objectives, brand voice and target audience behavior
- Create and maintain a content production plan focused on high-volume, fast-turnaround UGC content across platforms (especially TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Produce engaging, authentic and relatable UGC-style content (videos, hooks, scripts, simple visuals), either self-shot or directed with talents/creators
- Stay highly updated on social media trends, viral formats and platform algorithms to quickly adapt and execute trend-based content
- Monitor content performance (views, engagement, conversion signals) and iterate quickly to improve effectiveness and virality
- Work closely with internal teams (planner, design, video, motion, account) to ensure content aligns with campaign goals while maintaining a native, non-“overly branded” feel
- Explore and experiment with different UGC angles (hooks, storytelling styles, pain points, CTA formats) to find winning content patterns.
Requirements (Summary):
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram) and how content performs on each platform.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in content creation, UGC or short-form video (agency or personal portfolio is acceptable).
- Hands-on experience in creating UGC-style content (shooting, basic editing, scripting or directing talent).
- Highly aware of trends, viral formats and able to execute content quickly
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high content output
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and talents.
- Organized, proactive and willing to experiment with new content ideas.

- Able to work onsite setting
