We’re looking for someone creative, fast-moving, and genuinely excited about building content from the ground up for an AI healthcare startup.
We’ve recently raised an angel cheque at a £9m valuation, and now we want to seriously level up our organic social content.
This is not a “corporate social media manager” role.
We want someone who:
- understands internet culture
- has good instincts for organic content
- can film quick-form videos
- sometimes literally just hold the camera while we shoot
- can help shape ideas in real time
- appreciates dry humour
- wants to experiment and create constantly
You do not need to come from a big agency or polished brand background.
What matters more:
- taste
- creativity
- initiative
- speed
- curiosity
- and whether you can make content people actually want to watch
The role
You’ll help create:
- LinkedIn videos
- founder content
- behind-the-scenes clips
- short-form educational content
- reactive/trend-based content
- documentary-style startup moments
You’ll work closely with the founder team and have a lot of creative freedom.
Ideal if you:
- already make your own videos/content
- understand editing for retention
- know how to shoot clean iPhone footage
- can edit quickly
- have a strong sense of timing/humour
- are interested in startups, AI, or healthcare
- want to grow into a bigger role over time
Important
We’d like to start with a paid trial month first to make sure there’s a good fit on both sides.
If it works, we’d love this to become a long-term position inside the company.
