Content Creator – Social Media (Photography & Design) Jobs in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India at AquaCentric
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented individual who can conceptualize, shoot, and design social media content end-to-end.
This role requires someone who understands aesthetics at a deep level — from capturing the right visual to structuring it into a cohesive Instagram grid (including triplet layouts) that reflects a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation (Photography & Videography)
Independently shoot high-quality photos and videos at the center:
Patients (with consent), therapists, facilities, equipment
Treatment processes and behind-the-scenes moments
Capture content with a strong sense of:
Lighting
Framing
Composition
Clean, premium visual appeal
Shoot reels and short-form videos aligned with brand tone
2. Grid Planning & Visual Storytelling
Plan and execute Instagram grid layouts (including triplet grids)
Ensure posts are not standalone — they form part of a larger visual narrative
Maintain flow, symmetry, and visual balance across the grid
Pre-visualize how upcoming posts will fit into the grid
3. Design & Editing
Edit photos and videos to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic
Create:
Static posts
Carousel designs
Reel covers
Story creatives
Ensure consistency in:
Color grading
Typography
Layout language
4. Brand Aesthetic Ownership
Own the visual identity of the brand on social media
Continuously refine the look to keep it:
Premium
Clean
Trustworthy
Benchmark against top global brands and elevate standards
5. Social Media Execution
Manage content calendar and posting schedule
Write or align captions with brand tone
Ensure timely, high-quality publishing
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in content creation + social media
Strong portfolio showcasing:
Photography (indoor + lifestyle + people)
Instagram grids (especially structured layouts like triplets)
Comfortable shooting with:
DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
iPhone (for quick, high-quality content)
Key Skills
Strong photography fundamentals (lighting, composition, framing)
Good videography sense for reels
Strong design sense (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator)
Ability to think in visual systems (grid-based thinking)
High attention to detail
