Are you passionate about creating content that captures attention and drives engagement? We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral and high-performing content.
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Content Creation and Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Experience using content creation and scheduling tools.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create and edit short-form video content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and branding.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns.
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, fitness, tech brands.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
