We’re hiring: Content Creator (Social & Execution)
Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month
We’re looking for someone who is both creative and steady: someone who understands social instinctively, but can also execute properly. Not just ideas. Not just aesthetics. Someone who can actually see something through from concept to final post.
What you’ll be doing
- Coming up with social-first content ideas (reels, formats, simple campaigns)
- Shooting short-form content (DSLR + iPhone, both matter)
- Editing videos on CapCut / similar tools (this is important)
- Designing simple, clean visuals for posts (Canva / Adobe)
- Writing captions that actually sound human (not corporate, not try-hard)
- Being on the ground during shoots: helping with framing, flow, and direction
- Supporting light client comms (updates, coordination, basic alignment)
- Working closely on both ideas and execution
Who this is for
- You’re very familiar with social media (IG, not just as a user, but how content performs)
- You naturally think in formats, social ads, hooks, and storytelling
- You’re creative, but structured enough to follow through properly
- You notice details: framing, pacing, copy, visuals
- You’re comfortable speaking to clients in a clear, normal way
- You take ownership: you don’t wait to be told every step
- You bring good energy on shoot days
You should have
- Experience in content creation / social media work
- Comfortable shooting photo + video (DSLR + phone)
- Able to edit on CapCut or similar (non-negotiable)
- Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe)
- Strong writing + communication

- Pure videographers / filmmakers who don’t understand social
- People who only enjoy ideation but don’t like execution
- People who need constant direction or hand-holding
- People who prefer long-form / polished production over fast, social content
