Role Mission
Your role will be pivotal: you won't just be creating social media posts—you'll play a key leadership role in growing and optimizing our client's owned social channels. We're looking for someone who speaks social media as a first language, thrives on community engagement, and can spot emerging trends before they reach the mainstream. Experience in the beauty industry and a passion for educational content are highly valued. You won’t just be a content creator or community manager — you’ll serve as the account lead for some of the most exciting beauty brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of social-first campaigns, from reactive, trend-driven content to long-term content strategies and content pillars.
- Transform brand objectives into engaging, scroll-stopping content that feels authentic and native to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while continuously exploring innovative ways to evolve the brand’s social presence.
- Write compelling copy tailored to each platform, adapting tone and style to match both audience expectations and brand voice.
- Own the content creation process from concept development and ideation through execution, publishing, and performance evaluation.
- Elevate community engagement beyond traditional community management by fostering meaningful conversations, building relationships with audiences, and turning interactions into a strategic driver of brand growth and relevance.

Skills And Experience
- Experience in social media content creation or digital copywriting.
- Proven track record of growing social communities or creating viral (but brand-safe)content.
- A portfolio that shows you can adapt your "brain" to different brand tones, specifically showing video-first thinking.
- Experience recording or directing short-form content.
- Knowledge of content creation tools, mobile production, and digital formats.
- Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of audience behavior and digital culture.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented profile.
- Interest in trends, online culture, and emerging digital tools.
