The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator (Photography/Videography) to join our team.
This role is focused on execution, you will be responsible for shooting and editing content for social media across multiple brands. From on-ground shoots to final edits, you’ll be involved in bringing ideas to life through strong visual storytelling. If you enjoy being behind the camera, making things look good, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute photo and video shoots for social media content (on-site and studio-based)
- Edit photo and video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Apply colour grading, audio balancing, and basic motion/visual effects to enhance final outputs
- Capture content with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Work closely with the team to execute creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand direction
- Create simple graphic layouts or overlays where required
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within tight timelines
- Stay updated with social media formats and trends to ensure content remains relevant
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing, with a strong portfolio/reel
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom/Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
- Good understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and shooting techniques
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently during shoots and handle end-to-end execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
