Role Description As a Content Creator Officer, you'll be responsible for planning, producing, shooting, and editing compelling video content for our brands across multiple digital platforms to strengthen our online presence and connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content including Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and promotional videos.
- Produce brand stories, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign videos.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing and promotional use.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and color grading where required.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms.
- Manage video assets, maintain organized project files, and meet content deadlines.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve audience engagement and content performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video production and content creation. Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative video work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is an advantage.
- Strong storytelling, visual composition, and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of social media content formats, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new creative techniques.
