We are looking for an individual to join Polonia Warszawa's Marketing Department to undertake efforts to engage the community through authentic and consistent digital content. The role includes producing high quality creative content that is aligned with trends and consistent with Polonia Warszawa's values and identity. The person in this position will be responsible for creating and producing engaging videos, interviews and reports that will increase reach, number of followers and have a real impact on increasing match attendance.

Your tasks
- Appearing in front of the camera, conducting interviews with athletes, employees, fans, business partners
- Developing creative concepts and scripts for video content, recording interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and promotional videos
- Editing videos for social media
- Monitoring trends and implementing modern video formats
- Ensuring that communications are consistent with the club's mission, values and image
- Creating engaging and authentic content, planning and executing social media content strategy
- Tracking engagement, reach and effectiveness of campaigns
- Communicating the club's messages in an accessible and creative way
- Engaging observers through comments, Q&A sessions
- Increasing the number of observers and CRM database
- Promoting the mission statement "We are Black Cultural! Our mission is to build the most open, friendly, smiling and positive club in Poland. Let's build it together!" and the club's values
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a content creator / journalist (-) / influencer (preferred in the sports industry)
- Freedom to speak in front of the camera, ability to conduct interviews
- Excellent video recording and editing skills
- Creativity and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of social media formats and trends
- Ability to manage the entire production process
- Strong personal brand and community building skills
- Understanding of algorithms and trends
- Analytical approach to tracking results
- Good organization of work
- Independence, accuracy and responsibility for assigned tasks
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Willingness to work non-standard hours (e.g. on match days)
- Current portfolio required
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
