At Dashing, we're looking for a talented Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist to become the creative engine behind our Marketing team.
This is far more than a social media role. You'll own the complete content journey, from concept through to camera, editing, publishing and performance. You'll create content that showcases some of Australia's leading retail brands, premium activations and creative production projects. One day you might be filming a luxury retail installation, the next creating a campaign video, photographing behind-the-scenes content, editing reels, or planning next month's content calendar.
If you're equally comfortable behind a camera, behind Adobe Premiere Pro, and inside Meta Business Suite, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
You'll own the end-to-end content production process across the Dashing Group.
This includes:
- Planning, shooting and editing premium photography and video
- Creating engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Producing longer-form brand and case study videos
- Managing social media calendars and publishing schedules
- Writing compelling, on-brand copy
- Monitoring content performance and providing recommendations
- Managing digital assets and production workflows
- Supporting website content, EDMs and broader digital marketing campaigns
- Capturing content at client sites, events and activations
- Collaborating with Creative, Production, Client Service and Leadership teams
- Using AI tools to improve creative workflows and marketing outcomes
About you
You'll bring:
- 3-5+ years' experience creating commercial photography and videography
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional commercial photography and videography.
- Strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop
- Experience managing social media for brands
- Excellent copywriting skills
- A strong understanding of content strategy, engagement and digital marketing
- Outstanding organisation and project management skills
- The confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A commercial mindset and passion for creating content that delivers results
- Experience with HubSpot, Meta Business Manager, Monday.com and paid social campaigns will be highly regarded.

Additional information
This role is based in our Lane Cove West office.
You'll occasionally travel interstate to capture client activations and company events. Some early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends are required to support production schedules.
