Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Content Creator & Designer to join our team on-site in Riga.

- wants to make something meaningful and beautiful
What matters most: Vision comes first. We’ll teach processes, but your feeling and sensibility should already align with ours.
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design, photo editing, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. Animation and illustration skills are a plus.
- Strong content creation skills, including social media content, video editing, and visual storytelling
- Creativity and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers and photographers
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and target audience interaction
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude
- Proficiency in both English and Latvian
- Background in marketing, design, or multimedia production
