Basecamp Talent is partnering with a growing health, wellbeing and nutrition business to hire a Content Creator Apprentice to join their marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content, social media and helping people live healthier lives, and wants to turn that interest into a career.
You won't just be posting on social media. You'll learn how a purpose-led brand creates engaging content, educates audiences, builds communities and grows its presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Working alongside experienced marketers, nutrition professionals and content creators, you'll gain hands-on experience across social media, video content, campaigns, storytelling and digital marketing while completing your Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship.
No formal experience is required – just creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Supporting the development of content ideas, scripts and creative concepts
- Writing captions, social copy and audience-focused content
- Helping translate expert knowledge into engaging and accessible content
- Supporting the creation of educational and awareness-based campaigns
Video, Editing & Production
- Capturing and editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms
- Repurposing webinars, podcasts, interviews and long-form content into social assets
- Supporting content shoots and behind-the-scenes filming
- Organising and preparing media assets across marketing channels
Social Media & Campaigns
- Assisting with content planning and scheduling
- Researching social media trends, formats and audience behaviour
- Supporting community engagement and audience growth initiatives
- Learning how content contributes to wider marketing and business objectives
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitoring content performance across platforms
- Supporting basic reporting on engagement, reach and audience growth
- Learning how insights and analytics shape future content decisions
Collaboration & Development
- Working closely with marketing and content teams
- Supporting campaigns across multiple channels
- Learning professional content creation workflows and best practices
- Completing your Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship alongside hands-on experience
