Each Pluno kit combines hands-on building, original character design, storytelling, and a material people have likely never experienced before. We already have 50,000+ organic followers across social media, and we're looking for someone who can help turn that audience into customers while scaling Pluno into a recognizable consumer brand.
The Role
We're looking for a Content Creator and Partnerships Manager to lead Pluno's content, social media, and influencer partnership efforts.
This is a hands-on role at an early-stage startup. You'll work directly alongside the founder, create daily short-form content, manage social channels, improve creative performance, and help build relationships with influencers and creators who can grow the brand.
The ideal candidate has experience creating short-form, eye-catching content that stops the scroll, explains the product quickly, and most importantly, motivates viewers to buy.
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative consumer brand on the ground floor while having significant influence on how it is discovered, marketed, and scaled.
Responsibilities
- Film, edit, and post daily short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid ads, including product demos, explainer videos, folding videos, unboxings, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and trend-based content.
- Manage Pluno's social media accounts and help turn our existing audience of organic followers into meaningful awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Develop hooks, captions, content concepts, and campaign ideas that make the product easy to understand and exciting to buy.
- Track performance and identify which videos, hooks, formats, and creative angles are driving the strongest results.
- Find and manage influencer, UGC, toy, craft, parent, STEM, artist, and lifestyle creator partnerships.
- Handle influencer outreach, product gifting, follow-ups, creator communication, and partnership tracking.
- Repurpose organic, influencer, and UGC content for ads, website assets, and launch campaigns.
- Work directly with the founder on brand voice, creative direction, launch strategy, and growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience creating short-form, eye-catching, persuasive content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, or a consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, hooks, trends, pacing, and short-form storytelling.
- Comfortable filming, editing, posting, and testing content regularly. Able to make a physical product look exciting on camera.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable reaching out to influencers and creators.
- Organized enough to manage creator lists, outreach, follow-ups, shipments, and campaign tracking.
- Excited by startups and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Interested in toys, crafts, collectibles, design, storytelling, consumer products, and creator-led brands.
