Job Description: Creator & Community Lead

About the Role
Agoro is redefining what premium pop-culture collectibles can be, while New Zealand Mint is leading the way in making gold and silver simple and accessible for everyday investors. Together, they form two distinct but connected brands — one built on fun and luxury, the other on trust and simplicity.
We’re looking for a hands-on creator who lives and breathes social media, understands fandom and collector culture, and can build meaningful relationships with influencers, creators, and our global community.
This role is part creator, part community manager, part influencer wrangler. You will be on camera creating content, shaping our social presence day to day, and working closely with the Brand Manager to amplify two fast-growing brands.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content on camera
- Develop concepts, scripts, trends, and ideas that fit each brand
- Film, edit, and publish engaging social-first content
- Ensure all content aligns with Agoro and NZM brand guidelines
Influencer & Creator Management
- Manage daily relationships with creators, influencers, collectors, breakers, and partners
- Coordinate seeding of products across global networks
- Track performance, engagement, and ROI from influencer collaborations
- Identify emerging creators and rising voices in key fandoms (Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, etc.)
Social & Publishing
- Manage the end-to-end social content calendar across platforms
- Post daily content, moderate comments, respond to community questions
- Monitor social platforms for opportunities to engage in real time
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features
Community Management
- Build and nurture collector communities across Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook Groups
- Champion our fans: resharing pulls, celebrating collectors, and amplifying the community
- Drive brand preference through positive interaction, education, and storytelling
- Support live events (Whatnot drops, Conventions, live-streams, Q&As, product announcements)
Product & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager on launches, campaigns, and events
- Brief creators on new products and ensure compliant messaging
- Support PR moments, trade shows, conventions, and retail activations
- Assist with creative content strategy for a wide range of Agoro products
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain clear records of seeding, contracts, budgets, and deliveries
- Track performance analytics and report insights to the Brand Manager
- Build simple influencer dashboards and campaign recaps
- Suggest optimisations based on data, trends, and community feedback

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in social media, content creation, community management, or influencer coordination
- Comfortable on camera and confident at storytelling
- Understanding of internet culture, TikTok trends, fandoms, and collectors
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Photography, video editing, or design skills
- Interest in pop culture, collectibles, comics, or coins
