We are seeking a creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging digital content across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual, written, and video content that enhances brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging content including videos, images, graphics, reels, short-form content, and written posts for social media and digital platforms.
• Develop content ideas, storytelling concepts, and creative campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
• Write captions, scripts, blog posts, and marketing copy where required.
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and publishing timelines.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Support live content creation including events, product launches, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
• Maintain content libraries, assets, and creative files.
✅ Requirements
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, video production, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong writing skills for captions, scripts, and promotional content.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
• Good photography, videography, and editing skills are an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement metrics and improve performance.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
