Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Tripoli. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, enjoys creating content from concept to execution, and knows how to transform everyday moments into engaging digital stories. As a Content Creator, you’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and account management teams to produce content for different brands while ensuring every piece reflects the client’s identity, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Capture high-quality photo and video content during shoots, events, and client visits
• Edit videos using CapCut, Insta Edits, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Develop content that aligns with each client’s brand guidelines and communication style
• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content series
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
• Assist in planning and executing content production days
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time while maintaining high quality
• Participate in creative meetings and contribute fresh ideas regularly
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience creating content for brands, agencies, or personal platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
• Excellent videography and photography skills
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Agency experience is a plus
