What You'll Do:
Shoot, edit, and deliver content across client accounts that is visually compelling, on-trend, and true to each brand's identity. From concept to final cut, you will develop moodboards, execute shoots, and produce content that performs. This is a collaborative role. You will work closely with our internal team on creative direction, feedback, and execution, bringing your skills to a process that is built on shared vision and strong communication.
Requirements:
Proven, hands-on content creation experience is required.
You must be located in the Metro-Detroit area with flexible scheduling availability.
You are comfortable working within a team setting, taking direction, and contributing to a collaborative creative process.
Shooting and production proficiency:
- Shoots quality photo and video using iPhone, leveraging settings for optimal output
- Executes handheld transitions for trend-driven video content
- Composes well-angled shots and uses lighting to elevate every frame
- Proficient in multiple editing apps to maximize post-production creativity
Beyond technical skills, you bring:
- The initiative to push creative boundaries and try new approaches without being prompted
- The ability to develop moodboards and build out a visual storyline from concept to execution
- Clear communication when tools, props, or resources are needed to bring an idea to life
- A pulse on trends before they peak, knowing what's building momentum vs. what's overdone
- Strong time management, you follow systems, meet deadlines, and don't need to be chased
- The ability to take direction, receive shooting or editing feedback professionally, and keep it moving
