Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative multimedia content across formats (video, reels, motion graphics, short-form, etc.) for social media, website, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video editors to conceptualize storytelling ideas aligned with the brand tone and marketing goals.
• Be the creative lead for shoots, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Manage planning, scripting, and production timelines for content calendars.
• Stay updated with content trends, social media algorithms, and audience preferences.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign direction and social media strategy.
• Track performance insights and improve content based on data (views, engagement, etc.).
• Occasionally serve as on-camera talent or voice for brand videos or promotional content.
Requirements:
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps).
• Comfortable on camera or directing shoots.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience targeting.
• Passion for visual storytelling and trend awareness on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
