Overview
Content Creator Jobs in Kathmandu, Bāgmatī, Nepal at CMS Connect
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across owned social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) for all three CMS Group brands.
- Build and maintain content calendars and creative briefs for each brand, balancing brand-specific voice with a consistent group-wide content standard.
- Shoot and edit video and photo content — reels, shorts, event coverage, behind-the-scenes, interviews, and ad creatives.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy tailored to each platform and brand.
- Cover live events in real time — property launches, catering events, trainings, tender presentations, and campaign activations — capturing content on the ground.
- Collaborate with each brand's team on campaign concepts (seasonal pushes, sponsorships, product/service launches, tournament tie-ins) and turn them into content plans.
- Track content performance and engagement analytics across platforms, and refine content strategy based on what's working.
- Monitor and reply to comments and messages from clients and followers across all channels promptly and in the right brand voice.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers (photographers, videographers, designers) when a shoot needs extra hands.
- Maintain visual and tonal brand consistency across all group channels.
- Stay current on content trends, platform algorithm changes, and what competitors are doing across hospitality, staffing, and digital/creative sectors.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Film, or a related field.
- Prior experience is not necessary — a strong portfolio, creativity, and willingness to learn matter more than years on the job.
- A strong portfolio of video, photo, and written content (personal projects, college work, or freelance samples all count).
- Experience managing multiple brand voices or channels at once is an advantage.
Skills
- Basic proficiency in CapCut (video editing) and Canva (design) is required.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong visual storytelling and composition skills.
- Solid working knowledge of social platforms and their native formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels).
- Excellent written English and Nepali.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, comfortable juggling multiple brands and shoots at once.
- Comfortable compiling and presenting simple content performance reports (reach, engagement, growth) for management.
What we offer
- The chance to shape the creative voice of three distinct brands under one group.
- Variety — from hospitality events to staffing campaigns to digital/creative projects.
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Room to grow as the group's content and marketing function scales.
