Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Content Creator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact content strategies that engage our audience, strengthen brand presence, and drive growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement content plans aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Conduct content audits and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging across platforms.
- Creation & Production:
- Create high-quality, engaging content in various formats (text, image, video, reels, etc.).
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Produce multimedia content using basic design and video editing tools.
- Platform Expertise:
- Manage and publish content across digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and blogs.
- Optimize content for each platform’s unique audience, format, and best practices.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content innovations.
- Engagement & Community Building:
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions and feedback.
- Foster a loyal and active online community around the brand.
- Develop campaigns and interactive content to boost engagement and follower growth.
Skills Required:
- Strong command of written and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and analytics
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience with SEO, paid social media, and influencer collaborations is a plus
